1. About Us

Wekarta is a sole proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India. We design and manufacture desk accessories, home decor, and utility products. All products listed on this website are sold directly by Wekarta.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and grain pattern are natural — each piece is made from materials with inherent character, and no two products are exactly alike. This is a feature of our products, not a defect.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay's payment gateway. Wekarta does not store your payment information.

4. Personalized and Custom Orders

Products with name engraving, logo engraving, or any other form of customization are made to your specifications. Please double-check all details (spelling, logo file, placement) before confirming a custom order.

Personalized and custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

For bulk and corporate orders, a 50% advance payment is required to begin production. The balance is due before or upon delivery.

5. Shipping

We ship across India via our logistics partners. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery to remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy page for complete information. In summary:

— Damaged products: We offer a free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery. — Change of mind: Returns accepted within 7 days. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. — Personalized products: Non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Wekarta and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wekarta provides products on an "as-is" basis. While we take great care in design and manufacturing, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
