Return & Refund Policy

Most things go right. When they don't, here's how we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement, or issue a full refund to your original payment method if a replacement isn't available.

Return shipping for damaged or defective products is on us. You don't pay anything.

Returns for Any Other Reason

If the product is not damaged but you'd like to return it, you can do so within 7 days of delivery, provided:

— The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. — The product is in its original packaging, with all tags and inserts intact. — The product is not personalized or customized (see below). — We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging.

Return shipping for these returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as outlined under Refund Method below.

Personalized and Custom Products

Products with name engraving, logo engraving, custom packaging, or any other form of personalization are non-returnable and non-refundable. Personalized items are made one at a time, just for you, so we can't take them back into stock.

Exception: If a personalized product arrives damaged, or if the engraving contains an error made by us, we will replace it free of charge. Errors caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order (misspelled names, wrong logo files, etc.) are not eligible for free replacement.

Bulk and Corporate Orders

Returns on bulk and corporate orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss. Customized bulk orders with logo branding are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Share your order number and a photo of the product (and damage, if applicable).
  3. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address.
  4. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of approval.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we process your refund (see below).

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process the refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the bank to reflect it in your account.
